How steamrestock works

We keep an eye on every piece of Valve hardware in every country Valve ships to, around the clock, and record each time something comes back in stock or sells out. When something moves in one country, we look at every other country straight away.

Every change is recorded between two of our checks. That's why durations show as ranges ("3–5 min"): a restock that came and went between two checks is real, but we can't know its exact edges. Any time we weren't watching shows as "not tracked" on the charts instead of being guessed.

Not affiliated with Valve

steamrestock is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Steam, Steam Deck, Steam Frame, Steam Machine, Steam Controller and Valve Index are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Prices and availability come from the Steam store at the time of each check; always confirm on Steam before you buy.

Privacy

Browsing the site needs no account and sets one cookie: the country you picked. We use your connection's approximate country and time zone (from our hosting provider) only to choose a default country and show times in your clock; they are not stored.

If you set up an alert, we store what you asked to be alerted about and how to reach you (an email address, a Telegram chat, a Discord user, or a browser push endpoint), and nothing else. We use it only to send the alerts you asked for and messages about them, never share it, and delete it when you remove your alerts.
