Privacy: the launch mailing list
If you leave your email on our coming-soon page, we store that address, when you signed up and when you confirmed it. Nothing else.
Why: to send you one email when steamrestock launches. We don't use it for anything else, don't share it and don't sell it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming the address and can withdraw at any time.
Who handles it: the address is stored on our server at Hetzner in Germany. Emails are sent through Resend (USA), which processes the address only to deliver them, under the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your connection to deliver pages and to check you're not a bot (Turnstile).
How long: unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or we send the launch email and close the list. Backups that may still contain the address are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights: you can unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hello@steamrestock.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Who we are: steamrestock is an independent project run from Portugal. Contact: hello@steamrestock.com.
